    cold plunge pool

tried a cold plunge pool yesterday. the water is 60 degrees. i was able to go in up to my shoulders for 5 mins. i was hoping it would give me some back pain relief.....it did for awhile....but about 2 hours later my back was in spasms.....gonna try it again today.....hot whirl pool after this time and see if it helps.

i'd use the warm water / heat pad. you wanna keep it loose and the cold water's only gonna tighten things up.
