nipple erection

Guys, bit of a stupid question, but my chest only looks defined when my nipples are erect. and thats not often unless i get cold or something. Is there anything out there that can keep my nipples erect constantly like a cream or something or at least keep it erect for a few hours, some one must of come across this before cheers guys

no i see where your coming from bro. i have the same problem, have had it since puberty, and when im carrying more fat than ideal, i seem to store it in my lower chest area and it looks like gyno (its not, had it checked by a doc, and i know what gyno feels like to the touch). my puffy nips make my lower chest look more prominent when im cold, but when im cut up abit, my nips look much better. if its not a fat issue, then i dont know what to suggest, but, if you are carrying above 10-12% bodyfat, try cutting up alittle, see if it does the trick

I need help guys. I started to develop gyno so I took letro and the soreness went away, and nipple size reduce alittle, and fluid built up went away. This was like 2 months ago. I am not taking anything now and my nipples are still alittle bigger than before. My nipples get a erection sometimes also and is starting to get alittle sore. What can I take to shrink my nipples. put some whipped cream on your nipples and peanut butter on your nuts and go run outside in the heat for at least 45 min, that should do the trick. when you finish, don't bother taking a shower - just call your dog over (if you don't have a dog then a neighbor's dog will do just fine

you could try slowly replacing your diet's carb source with more complex carb, such as oatmeal.Try to avoid pasta or white rice or white bread.I had your condition before but i find tweaking the diet do helps.It takes me about 2 or 3 months.

Yeah im gunna come out and say it too. The same thing happens to me. When my nips arent hard I look like I have bitch tits. When hardened my pectorials show much more and my chest looks alot more developed. By no means am I fat 511 175, a few pounds to lose off the gut, but the more I look into this, the more I think I have gyno. Im going for a full physical in 5 days to check bloodwork and everything. Hopefully I can figure out if something is wrong with me?

puffy nips DOES NOT mean you have gyno fellas..however,puffy nips may make you LOOK like you do..when its cold & the skin contracts the nips probly look better than when you are hot..try lowering B/f (if applicable)...otherwise...just gotta deal with it I guess.

I'd say lower the BF depending on what it is now.
I actually heard there was a cream for that but I can't remember where I saw that. I wouldn't hold my breath tho.

Or develop your chest more so you don't need erect nipples to make it look good.

what causes puffy nipples then please?? According to one of the best surgeons in Canada its a "mild child form of gyno"... according to him just because there isnt a hard substance underneath doesnt mean its not gyno. big, puffy nipples is usually a childhood incurred gyno! Have you read somethings else, like to know dude?

yeah, actually, I'll come right out and say the same thing.
It might be funny to you guys who are lucky enough not to deal with this. When my nipples are hard, my chest looks built and solid, when they are normal it looks like shit. Cutting doesn't help much. I'm generally pretty fit. It's very annoying and makes me self-conscious. I've never used AAS, or anything like that, so it's probably like that naturally.
Oh well, I'm about to start using HGH, and maybe IGH-1. I'll see how it goes. I'm getting an appiontment with an endocrinologist, but they are giving me the run-around. (OT Goddamn OHIP bastards -I'm in Ontario - I got the referral, everything checks out but it's been a week and they have still yet to even pencil me in. THe secretary says the earliest date will be sometime in December/January. Screw that, I can't wait anymore, I'm gettin some Somatropin and going by trial and error. I don't care anymore).
