Being a back pain sufferer for 5 years i can tell you sadly that you have to have to arm yourself with patience.

I tried everything and so far my pain is better. Swimming for me didnt do much unless you want to swim on your back, swimming put pressure on my lower back.

Stationnary bike is a good exercise that i could do without pain.

If you want to lose weight you gotta focus 150% on your diet thats they key to weightloss.
