    Wink On the right track finally

    Last night i took some bodyshots again for posture i cant beleive the great work my chiro did on my lower back, pelvic region.

    From January til March the curve has change dramatically, of course the upper back has a lot more work to do.

    Sorry for the bad Air cut lol i look awful and fat but its all going to change in a couple of months when i can start training again.

    I shovled some freaken heavy snow this weekend and tought i was going to pay for it afterward, but my pain was far less intense then i tought.

    Guess that if someone lives in near St-Eustache i will have a great chiro to refer them too.

    Forgot to mention that i am doing the PH diet pertty good now, drinking my green drink and water with baking soda.

    I didnt lose any weight and since pic was posted with night time i am bloated but when i wake up my stomach is a lot less bloated.

    I started training again in my basement nothing much with 20 pounds and 40 pounds db.

    Looks like you're headed in the right direction. Keep in mind that the more weight you take off from your stomach area, the easier it is on your back.

    LOL thats what my girlfriend tells me, i would also look more sexy.
