Had a long period of injury
Hi you all ppl in this eminent forum of strength and knowledge
I hope you can help me with some Q's i have.
Have been away from the training for almost 5 yrs due to illness in my a**omen. Now i am ok.
Have been training now for 1,5yrs after that 5yrs away and now i want to kickstart my training to get the boost i need, both physically and mentaly.
Before that i have been on/off almost 20yrs at the gym. Now i am 42. Have used 4 different cycles before with good results. Cyp, testoviron , deca , winstrol and some russian stuff, but that is 10yrs ago...
Are considering some short cycles with Andriol and maybe Deca as a supplement. I am not looking toward the big muscle mass this time, just to get some of my strengt back.
Do you think Andriol is a good choice for 2-3 short cycles ?
Do i need some other drug like Deca with it to make it work ?
Any suggestions ?

i would make sure you have been lifting for a year again solid first before doing that. you could be inviting ligament, tendon problems by having the musles grow to fast for them and making them hold loads that are beyond their capabilities. Tendons neeed time to strenghtenm If you are bent on doin this, nandrolon and GH or igf1 are pretty much all you should be using as they are joint frindly to most.

Thnx for the reply and tip.
I just had my 18mnd's at the gym and feel that i now can use heavier loads again.
I'd just put deca on my shoppinglist
