    Unhappy Advice/opinions welcome

Went to get the results of my MRI today, and it confirmed my fears. A partial tear of the distal biceps tendon at the elbow. Here's my dillema. Let it heal on it's own, 4-6mths recovery with a 75% chance of full recovery. Have surgery, 4-6 mths recovery with a 95% chance of full recovery. For right now I have opted for a follow-up visit in 8 wks.Going on vacation in 6wks, so I didn't want to **** with it till then. I am still able to train most body parts, just not bicep specific exercises. My question is what would you guys do and if anybody here has had this injury? Also, I'm presently on 4iu of hgh/day, 5 on 2 off. Would it pay dividends to up my dosage, or is this enough for aiding in my recovery?
