Its a cream that is used to help with stretch marks. I know of some pregnant women that have used it. It also has been shown to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. I use it to maintain my youthful appearance!

women do use cocao butter on their stretch marks, and with some good results......plus, if a pregnant woman is going to put it on her stomach to prevent SM, then its gotta be good.....RIGHT????

Coco butter does not work. It is a myth that is still propel to this day.
My plastic surgeon told me the only non-surgical cream the has been proven to work is called Retin-A and it only helps when you apply the cream to the area while your stretch marks are forming.
Scars are scars, and once they are formed, there is no real way to get rid of them without surgery. However, over the years, they do fade, and if you keep yourself in good shape (along with having decent genetics) your stretch marks will become almost impossible to see without looking for them.
I used to weigh over 400lbs and my stomach was full of stretch marks that really bothered me. I wanted to do something about it but my plastic surgeon insisted I wait at least 1-2 years and then decide. Less then a year later, my stretch marks are becoming harder and harder to see without specifically looking for them.

the only way is to have low bodyfat, and not esitmated real body fat.
you only get them when bulking and it is mostly from getting to fat and water retention.
a good rule of thumb is to keep the waist in check. u start gaining on the waist cut back..
there is tons of pro BB's that dont have alot. they all train with anabloics year and gain less fat.
just dont over bulk. youll be good cocoa and shea butter help but retin-a actually helps but not as much as being lean.
