    wrist hand pain

    hi i would like to know what the possible cause ov my injury is......i dont know how i done it but assume its training related...wen i flex my hand it feels painfull notall the time but most ov...and if i go to pull or push summin it jus feels like it goes limp like its paralysed or summin....ur views would be helpfull....also i dont know if it happend but 1 day i was shruggin dumbells n wen i lifted them off the floor i felt a tingle in my wrist

    Ehm..did u pull a nerve? Like how when u sleep on one side the whole night, in the morning your arm feels numb and limp?

    i dont know if i pulled a nerve but in the morning it normally is the worst then

    Can you give a bit more information? Sounds like a possible compressed nerve.

    try to stretch before and after any wrist related workout next time, that's the only to avoid that kind of pain.

    Im in the same situation here I went cod fishing last week with my dad. We had a great time got our limits the ocean was chopy i slipped and hit my wrist on the side of the boat. My hand has been jacked ever since.. Im going to give it a few more days if it doesnt get better im going back to the dr.
