    Question Connective tissue adaptation

    Does anyone know how long it takes for your connective tissues to adapt to higher loads without risking injury? What I'm getting at is after not being able to lift heavy for so long I am getting closer to heavier lifting. I stayed as active as possible and lifted very light just to keep going during my recovery.
