    Really bad upper back pain

The title pretty much explains it. Im 20 and i through out my day ill get these sharp upper back pains, sometimes they'll be so bad that ill freeze in pain for a couple of seconds. When im sitting simply playing my guitar they'll pop up, its getting to a point where i might get some x rays or something i have no clue. Im training 100% natural right now but i did do a cycle my senior year of hs (retarded, i know). I know that aas shuts down your growth plates so maybe thats playing a role in it, i dont know. If i do go to a doc should i tell him about my cycle 2 1/2 years ago? Although my endo said any effects would be long gone by now

no need to mention the cycle, it isn't the cause.
you're probably going to need an MRI
    see a doc

GO see a CHIROPRACTOR or your family MD.
