    What to do Post-Surgey?

So I got my deviated septum fixed, and I'm out of the game for at least a week. What would be the best thing for me do now?

I was thinking about maybe doing a 1 week mini cut, I can't do anything strenuous but I'm pretty sure I can start walking tomorrow.

Was thinking bout maybe doing 3-4 miles walking a day, lowering my cals by -400 of my BMR and just doing that to cut a few pounds because once I get the OK from my doc I'm going back full blast into lifting.

i would actually keep the diet the same, tune it up perfectly. and just do cardio (walking) to put you in a caloric deficient state

well configure what you would burn out during a workout and just subtract those cals.. ideally thats the best way... wait a minute your out for 1 week??? just take the week off lol... i was under the impression this was long term i was out 8 weeks with an ankle injury... and i still made it tot he gym 3x weekly!
