anabolics assisting injuried muscle
just to make a long story short, i was in a cast for a 2 years when i was younger on my left ankle to correct the formation of it ( very curved in, commonly referred to as "club foot" )
i had sugery on the injury when i was younger, and growing up it clearly is under developed compared to my right ankle , and it never caught up...
i recently gave up on training it as i got into lifting a few years ago, because the range of motion is severely limited ( cant do calf raises, or go on toey toes)
--it seems clear w/o calf raises, you cannot improve your calves
i figured i'd post to, maybe theres some solution out there for me, or some type of steroid that could assist that somebody knows about

After losing my arm is a knife fight, 500mg of test e grew it back.
p.s
