itchy chest and red spots on my front body?

I am on hrt and finished a cycle; suddenly there are a couple red spots all over my body and they are not bumpy, very flat? I'm also noticing my chest is getting itchy, and also feels itchy when I wear some clothing. Could this be a gyno warning? However it is not my nipples that are each they feel fine and there is no bump under my nipple, it is my chest in general that is itchy, as well as the red spots showing on my front side?

it could be a reaction to a supplement. Have you taken any liver supplements, I know I have a rare skin reaction to milk thistle that gives me red patches all over my upper body. I usually dont have a real bad itch though

I had this problem way back, but my chest is hairy, and I was not sure if it was from the products or just sweat and comeing off of test.

eczema possibly. I get it on my feet. Its just like red slightly elevated patches that are itchy as all hell. Put some cortizone on it.
