    Breaking out after workouts

Today (legs) squats, leg press, 1legged curl, seated calf raises, walking lunges.

About an hour later my forehead is broken out with small reddish blotches/pimples. And a good amount
Of them. This always happens to me after leg and or back day. Heavy squats and deads.. I do not wear a hat.. Any idea what this could be?? My sick mind is telling it's self it's the pressure in my body from heavy lifts.. Thank you for feedback

How long is your hair? Breaking out after a workout is quite common for me as well. Do you feel like it starts to get ichy when you sweat?

Do you wipe your face off with your shirt? Maybe a towel? Hands? It sounds like heavy exertion days is when this happens; I'm betting you sweat more then.

Try not wiping your face off. Or just pay attention to how much you do, and with what. I'll bet it stems from that.

I used to compete professional in the powerlifting circle, I can remember busting blood vessels in my face many times squating and benching in shirt..... might just be hard work causing it.
