    Flabby Skin???

    I just started my diet today. A very strict one. ? is when I loose all of the weight will my stomach skin be flabby. I am not super fat. I am 5'9 and 216 lbs. My waist line is a 36. My belly just sticks out some.

    I just hope when I loose this weight that I do not have flappy skin.

    depends on the elasticity of your skin and how long you were overweight.

    hey 383s10 me again,

    As stated I went from 241 lbs to currently about 176 lbs, heading to 165. 5'-9". I had a big sloppy beer belly. Totally gone now and I'm 54 years old. I'm gonna post up some pics when by BF% is as low as possible. 6 pack is slowly emerging. So its under there bro, you just have to dig it out
