Tanning and steam room??

OK i was wondering if the steam room actually helps acne or makes it worse.

Ive been going in the steam room for about to weeks and it seems to be making me break out bad! but i can tell since ive never been on test before, maybe its helping.

Any OTC acne washs you recommend? shoulders neck and back.

Also dose tanning help with acne?

when you come out of a steam room or sauna your skin pores are open. So wash them out with warm water and face scrub but remember to cold shower after to close them again so no more excessive dirt can be let in.

As far as face washes go the one you want should be an ex-foliating one with a grit like texture. The cheapest ones tend to have the best texture (if your from uk tescos own brand scrub) then mix this with a branded face cleanser (no brands come to mind but go for mid price rang and try different ones) and that's your wash.

Tat sounds like a plan. Too bad I dont have a steam room at my gym. My old one did and I do miss it.

tanning dries out your skin; thus, can help with acne. Getting in a clorinated or saltwater pool, or washing with dawn helps as well.

Tanning will help (I use to own a tanning salon). We had a lot of people remark about how it helped reduce their acne.

I get some kids coming in that look like their face was on fire and put out with a pitch fork, demanding 20 minutes to clear their acne... Gotta love em.
