Need some serious help from somebody who knows the shoulder!!
I have been having lots of issues lately with both my shoulders..I dislocated my right shoulder when I got in a fight as a teen..It has since popped back out 10-15 times..I was a hard head back then and didn't wear my immobilizer and didn't go for physical therapy after...My other shoulder was busted I really don't know exactly what happened to it as far as the specific injury, but lets just say there was an attempted home invasion by 3 guys into my house and I got to my door right after the first kick and closed the door in there faces and put my left shoulder into with all I had and the kicked my shoulder in or something..I couldn't lift it above my head for awhile..It healed and Ive been working out hard, pumping out more weight than ever..The only thing I notice is sharp pain in my right and with heavy weight the bar is lopsided to the left an inch or so..Now that Ive been hitting it hard both are in pain slightly, enough to make me scared to lift using my shoulders in anyway..Ive always been told by all the old gym rats don't go under the knife unless you have too..So Iam trying to wait out surgery untill I get insurance back at least if not forever..Does anybody know some rehab for my right?Or maybe what might be wrong with my left and if the rehab..I know Iam asking alot but with no insurance and limited money right now..I can't afford to go to a specialist, but I don't wanna lose my hard earned mass
Iam hoping for the best..Thanks to anybody that would take the time to enlighten a stranger!

Not being able to see a doc does make things tricky. I am in no way a doc but I had something similar happen to me a few months back and I had a rotator cuff strain. Yours sounds like either a severe strain or a tear. Either way not good but hope for the strain as that does not require surgery.
What you can try and do is heat on the areo if you have a heating pad. Also start with some light exercises to try and get that range back. I think your range is around 25% right now maybe less.
Lay down on your back and bend your arms to wear they form an "L" shape with your fists at your forehead. Get someone to cuff thier hands over yours and then you push towards and up to them while they apply some resistance. Push as far as you can until you feel pain. It may take a couple of weeks but do this 6 times a day and by two weeks if there is no improovment then I think you may have a tear.
Best of luck to you and hope this helps.

this is gonna be a long read so be ready: I to dislocated my shoulder when i was young never saw a dr. cause it went back in after about a minute or so. i nursed it for a week and went back at life at 19 years old i started finding that it was dislocating alot, doing simple things and that the orbital socket felt like it was floating or was loose. june 30th of this year i had a full shoulder separation(type3) collarbone detached from the ac joint and my scapula dropped, my local dr got everything back in place and i went to a "specialist" who ordered an MRI and performed an orthroscopic procedure that included repairing my rotator cuff and suturing back together what he called a shredded orbital socket. after the surgery everything was fine but i noticed that my rear deltoid felt like it wasnt there and there was a lump where my front deltoid attached to my collar bone. after talking to the dr. he admitted that he didnt look at the mri and proceeded to do the surgery as if it was a normal rotator cuff/orbital cuff tear. after two months of pain and a few cortizone shots to disolve the "mass" he suggested another surger to remove the end of my collar bone. needless to say i got another opinion and saw another specialist. this dr. went above and beyond and was discusted at the other docs failure to read the MRI. the new doc opened me up completely along the collarbone and reattached my shredded front deltoid and fixed my rear deltoid as well. i have been given a healing time of 8 months and have some serious pain where he grinded on my collarbone to reattach my deltoid.
Moral of the story take care of what you have, nurse the shit out of that shoulder and dont push it....my shredded deltoid was due to all the times i dislocated my shoulder without letting it heal. now im doing legs and abs twice a week and watching my upper body waiste away...shoulders are the most complex joint in our bodies, take the necessary precautions...

So my deltoid is getting worse and worse everytime it pops out? I feel the same way, like the orbital socket is floating or loose..So if keep banging on it, I could have the full shoulder separation? How did you injure yourself that final time?Good Post Brother!!!
