    Metal Plate in Arm

    Hi Guys,

I broke my humerous bone about 4 months ago, i had a metal plate put in my arm and the doctors think its best to leave it in there. It has healed up now and they said i will be fine to go back to the gym to weight train which i have been. Could anyone see any problems with doing a course of test/tren with the plate in there, the bones healed back up fine now. Its a very thin plate which is tight up to the bone with 8 or 9 pins in it.

    Thanks so much

I have 10 inc plate and 10 pins, took a year after surgery to go back in gym, I believe 4 months is kind of early, just take easy, deca will do good for your healing, like 200mg/week. Just go easy on the AAS, you still young for that.

I can't remove mine out. The bone grow around so much he can't be removed. I don't feel a thing when working out, my problem is that the doctor cut my triceps in half to do the surgery, was 4 hours total. Now I have a bigger biceps on my right, and my triceps has no shape, his bigger tho, but ugly.
