Possibly Gyno? Slight Issue, Could Use Advice

    Hey guys,

This is something that has been affecting me for a year or more now and I have never really thought of it as a huge issue and it's gotten a bit better, but I'm curious about it.

Bearing in mind I have never done steroids or pro-hormones, this is quite the anomaly to me. When I started properly training at 18 I noticed my nipples stood out a bit, the left one moreso than the right. When I trained hard and took protein supplements especially I noted they became harder and felt like there may be a lump underneath.

I got worried so stopped training and had tests which came up that I didn't have any rare form of cancer or something. The lump subsided after no training.

Now I am training again and while there is no lump anymore, I have noticed that with a tight shirt on you can really see the nipples through them. Looks a bit out of place so I usually wear a vest underneath.

Could it be some really mild form of gyno?

    Cheers,
    Dan

Stop playing with them and rubbing ice cubes on them. LOL
Do a Google search and compare some pictures/images to see if you look anything like what you see. Also have a doctor look at them obviously. If you tell the doctor it's causing you discomfort most insurances will pay for gyno removal.

What is your body fat? A lot of men; my self included, carry a little extra fat in the chest area and you have to have LOW body fat for it to really go away and look cut like sub 10%.
