when should you get a deep tissue massage?
just wondering when is the best time to get one done, when your muscles are saw or recovered? before u train or after? on rest days? training days?? and does it actually help that much?

I really dont think it matters when as it there are multiple benefits associated with having one prior, after etc... I usually have one after putting my body through extreme physical conditions i.e climbing etc.. just to help with recovery and thats about it.

i usually do after work outs when im tight. but i don't think there is a wrong time
