    Severe soreness in forearm

I have laid off of lifting for the past month for personal reasons and I felt like I had some tendonitis in my left brachialis. I just recently did a small back/bi's workout. 3 exercises per body part. Lat pulldowns, barbell curls, cable rows, hammer curls, db rows and cable rope curls.
For 2 days now my brachialis and radiobrachialis are tight and sore! These exercises were low weight and i only did 3 sets of each : 15, 12 and 10 reps.

First question: does it sound like my lifting techniques could be wrong
    AND
Second: why the aren't my biceps sore!?

If the pain is at the connection point where the muscle attaches at the elbow this is usually caused by curling the wrist while doing a curl. The fact that your forearms are sore but you biceps are fine points to this also.

Be very careful with this injury as if it continues to get worse its very easy for it to become a permanent part of your workout. Go light and keep form super strict that is the wrist straight and do not allow it to rotate in (Palm side of hand to rotate toward forearm) as you curl the wieght fully or allow it to extend (Palm side of hand to rotate away from forearm) as you lower the wieght fully. This in my experience is the main factor in microtear (tennis elbow type injury) rehabilitation.

I have this injury as well in my right brachialis. Besides going light and watching form, can anything else be done?

I seem to have discomfort in the same region mainly while using the bench press. Thought maybe I was using incorrect form and putting strain on either the forearm muscles or worse, the bone!
