    shoulder problems at 22

I have tendonitis under my scapula around my lower traps. The pain was bearable a few months ago but now it seems to be getting worse i also have a highly physical job. Ive been training.hard for a year and put on 20 lbs that i dont want to lose. As you can see in the picture my left shoulder blade is like a wing underneith. What can i do besides stop training all together?

it sucks man, but rest is the only thing you can do. Don't sweat it to much....those 20 pounds will come back fast.

    Can still do legs....

If you have a highly physical you might be able to claim the injury as RSI and get some time off to heal

Agreed. You need time off and proper PCT. I hurt my shoulder. It wasnt bad at first and then got worse for 3 months. It's only recently it's getting better with lots of Ice, PT, stretching but it has a long way to go.
