training while injured
Hey all. 3 nights ago i had a mishap while doing some cardio and drove my fist into the concrete when it slipped off the bag. Long story short, i broke two bones below the knuckles. I had a half cast put on but naturally the hand is out of action. I have been told it will be 6 weeks repair time approx.
Should i just stick to treadmill/bike during this time, im guessing i will see some muscle loss during the time? anyone else have this drama?
