Serious shoulder pain.
After a few sets the other day, my should felt like something popped or ripped. I figured I'd give it a day or two to rest before I was worried. Today I woke up and couldn't even move my arm without a crazy sharp pain. any tips or stretches creams? Anything ?

I'd ice it up real good. Give it a few days. You might want to see an Orthopedic if your motion remains real bad or you have significant weakness. Often if surgery is warrented you are better getting it sooner rather than later. The recovery is a lot faster too since there is essentially only one trauma.

Check out my thread about my surgery. Shoulders are not something to take lightly. I highly suggest you get to a doctor and do not lift anything until you get an experts opinion.

you heard a pop, and your injury is getting worse? I would go to the ortho like yesterday. Like he said if you get it cut now the recovery is faster and you end up losing less time in the gym.

Is it getting better? Worse? Same? hope it was minor, mine is taking months to heal, get better with a lot of icing, stretching and trying many alternative fixes.
