Hey all, 4 weeks into tren /test course and I'm unsure what to do,
Been smashing weighted pullups and practicing Kipping, my training routine works best if I solidly do compound movements but recently I have noticed a pain from the back of my lat all the way through the back of my underarm down to the top of my tricep. If I push up in my underarm I can feel it quite tender, should I be worried? Or just press on and leave the pullups and any latwork alone for a while?
