    i've been going years without warming up or stretching, and i suffered my first back injury a few weeks ago because of it, in the middle of a smolov jr routine! what could be worse?

    i deloaded the rest of that week and iced it routinel. But I continued my squat smolov jr, and went a bit lighter on my deadlift smolov jr for the next week wihout much of a problem, then continued the program as usual up until now (which is the last day)

    Doing pull movements with the right arm like lat pulls, BOR was what was hurting it so I have been going light, when is it safe again to start going heavy? just whenever the pain goes away?

    I've had the same injury months ago. I quit doing heavy lifting on overhead triceps ever since. Does it hurt when you perform triceps pulldown or Overhead dumbbell triceps extension workout?
