Injured from stretching??....
Was Going to lift tri's shoulders, and chest today. Well, I did. But before the workout, I was stretching and while my right arm was stretched across my chest to the left I think I pulled a muscle. It was minor sharp discomfort. I continued with lifting weights and moving them around and got a great workout. Now, 12 hours later, my right shoulder directly outside my pec but on front of shoulder hurts kinda bad. I'm thinking I just take er' easy for. Couple days and see how it goes. Anything I could or should b concerned with?

If you're still feeling discomfort give it a break until it's feeling better. In my opinion warming up is very very important before working out or stretching. Also, stretching too much can actually be detrimental a workout if you're trying to lift heavy. It's a little more complicated than that and everybody has their own opinion so take it with a grain of salt.
