Shoulder Bursitis.
From all the research i have done i have come to the conclusion that i have Shoulder Bursitis. From the top of the shoulder bone where it comes to a point down the arm two inches is aching when benching, DB press, Rows, Pullups any upper body exercise. Do any of you have any tips or advice on how to deal with this. I read the sticky about shoulder pain and I plan on doing the exercises shown to build up some of the muscle around the bursae sac. Its kinda painful and my shoulder pops and cracks when moving it around. Feels like a tendon or something is rolling from one side of a bone to the other side. Painful to the touch. Thanks for any info.

I have bursitis in my right shoulder with ALL of the same problems. I went to the doctor and he either said, cortisone(which i don't want after reading the effects), anti infam pills, or surgery. Dont want surgery so he put me on a regimen of ibuprofen 3 times a day for 3 weeks without using the shoulder. I did as he said even took an extra week off. Honestly didn't help for sh1t.
I decided to run TB500 for 6 weeks. It has nothing really to do with race horses, that's juts the main marketable source right now. I have started a log with my journey, im about to do the second injection this Saturday, check it out if you'd like: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...e-s-TB-500-Log
I know Times Roman is doing the same log as well: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread....#.UFJQCY1lRcQ

Thank you I hope it works out as well. And no it doesn't freeze, but I lose range of motion when lifting, sometimes a grinding sensation, and it always has a sharp pain that feels like it's right into my bone.
