injured the middle of my back trying out a new shoulder machine at new gym.
So yeah i got told to come train at some new gym it was pretty small i decided to try out this shoulder press machine and felt a sharp pain in my back in about my 3rd set, next day my neck is stiff and back is really sore. i went to the GP/doctor and he let me know that, it should heal within two weeks or maybe a week if i dont do any lifting and rest. i've worked out soo hard and kept up with my 3500 calories, protein, carbs and fat ratios (been eating the same exact foods everyday for months and months). i used to weigh 82kg know i weigh 94kg.. i know thats alot to gain on a cycle and some will be water weight. im just wondering since im on my second to last week of my cycle will i lose alot of my gains? if not working out for one week? maybe two? i'd be depressed if i lose some of it how could i maintain?. and please just some helpful advice.
