So I played in my companies annual baseball tourny. Of course I pull both my hamstrings.

What would be a good rehab/injury protocal.

Both pulls are in same spots. Right smack in the middle. Left is worse than right.
I was thinking ice 15on 15off as often as I can. Tensor bandage both and also wear compression shorts over top (when at gym, work, etc).
Lay off leg work outs for a while except start doing good mornings with just the bar to help stretch them out. Eventually back into regular workouts with less weight.

Also need to look at specific training after so it won't happen again. It happened going from dead stop to sprint
