    Sleep problems

I'm not really sure in which forum to place this. So apologies if its wrong!

This last week my sleep has been heavily disturbed by sweating. I'm talking change the sheets sweat, I've also been experiencing some wacky dreams. My partner said that I was wrestling the duvet in my sleep last night, actually throwing it around, kicking, etc.
I've also been waking up randomly, tonight for example, I got into bed at 9:30pm, I woke at 10:50pm feeling like I had slept all night. Now it's 00:20 and I'm wide awake still.
Lastly, I've been feeling some pain in my right eye, real strain on top of it, which seems to only happen around bed time.

    Any suggestions??

I'm assuming you are on cycle?

the night sweats are the worst. wake up and sheets are soaked. so i pull the sheets up, and get on top. fans don't seem to help. i tried putting on a tshirt and that seems to help (so i'm warm and don't pull the covers up)

the other thing that kills it is I'm peeing every 90 minutes or so in the middle of the night while on cycle. "prostate health" caps seems to help some.

you may want to think about taking melatonin. very mild, but it will make you drowsy, if you let it.....

Test only currently, HCG and AI are in use. It's very odd. It's not something I have experienced before. It's hot under the covers, but on top I'm too cold. Bastard.
Now that you mention it though, I am having more toilet breaks. 2-3 a night, and I'm only consuming 3litres really.

Ill try get some melatonin. Thanks TR.

Ive had night sweats from Test only a few times. Your eye pressure may be un related, it is almost spring and may be allergy related. Check your blood pressure also because that is a very high possibility.

Good to know, I'll get my pressure checked, I hadn't considered allergies. That's a valid point!
Now cheer me up and post some Thai pics!

My solution is sleep on a towel and keep stack of t-shirts next to the bed. Wake up soaked change t-shirt flip towel, flip pillow, flip blanket fall back asleep. Then repeat hopefully not too many times.
