    My 2 cents

    Buy an eyebrow trimmer

Trim the Chest hair 3x a week for a few months

Shave clean and no red or tender skin...you toughened it up via the trimmers. This is how the black guys in the military get past the bump issue on their face.

Second cent....Vaseline. Shave..put on Vaseline...it is a god send for irritation. Key is to use from the moment you shave.

jk. Recently tried the hair removal (nair) for men. Worked great except it took chunks of my skin off between the pecs. Sensative area there I guess. So now I use a electric shaver, but I use nair for my arms. quick and easy.

Try to wash and exfoliate real good before shaving, and use a good, non-offensive moisturizer after shaving. perhaps something with Aloe Vera in it?
I tried using a Phillips IPL machine bi-monthly for a while, but I really could not make out definite results from it. Maybe it works better with your skin/follicles? Then you would not have to shave very often, and your problem would almost be solved

so id like to revisit this and add to it since ive been employing a couple of things. One is common sense, shaving cream duh! I use the schick hydro blade and edge shaving cream followed by the walgreens brand of hydro cortisone cream that has the 10 moisturizers. They have a few to choose from so if youre looking it is the teal colored box.
