    Rub On Pain Relievers

What is your favorite? DMSO works on some of my aches and pains but not so well for others. Lately my shoulders have been giving me issue and the DMSO isn't cutting it. Ben Gay actually does help some but would like something better if it's out there. I need something to help me get that quality sleep I need to grow up big and strong. lol.

PS - when they get like this there is NO comfortable position! Just makes sleep a futile effort.

Bio Freeze, By far the best in my opinion, also it is pretty much the only thing used by every reputable chiropractor in the world. I strongly recommended trying some, it is a long time staple of mine. Good luck

It's not a rub on, but I just tried a Salonpas patch and I love it.

Now that you mention it I remember seeing that in my last chiro's office. It's just been too long since I've been to the chiro. I really need to get back to one. Thanks for reminding me of that one.

Biofreeze seems to be popular and there is usually a reason for that!

Tiger Balm is pretty awesome too. It along with Biofreeze should help you out.

there are a variety of things you can try

(DMSO as you suggested, but leaves a garlic odor on your breath)
Salonpas - tried it in Afghanistan, and it does help some
Tens Unit - an electronic devise that stimulates muscular contractions and some swear by it's pain relieving properties
Alleve - i've learned to not underestimate this NSAID, works pretty good for arthritac pain in my back
morphine tabs - works good on my neck injury (old army injury). yes, the morphine sounds scary, but I take less than one tab a year, and it works when everything else seems to fail

let me know if any questions on any of this

I love biofreese. Didnt you just post that you had a shoulder injury doing bench presses? If your shoulder has been bothering you and then you injured it I would go see a doctor to get it checked out.
