Epsom Salts - - -Foot Injury - - - Hoax or Real?
Hi Friends,
I have a foot injury to the top of my foot. Kinda like the Arch area and its been healing and then re-injured after healing ,etc. It feels like a muscle sprain. I wrap it with an ace bandage which seems to help when i walk. However, the dam thing is still hurting after 4 weeks.
I can move my toes and the foot dr. says it looks like a chronic muscle sprain.
I was thinking about trying the Epsom salt routine and soaking it for 45min a day in warm to hot water.
- Anyone have any luck using Epsom Salts for injuries?
- Anyone have a problem with this area of the foot?
Your constructive input is greatly appreciated.
