Pain from reverse grip curls and hammer curls
Hi
Recently did some reverse grip curls and hammer curls.
Post workout, a few hours later, my forarm had a spasm a few times. I could see the muscle move once or twice while gripping a bar inside a subway train car ride. The spasm only happened a few times and they have stopped. Subtle mild pain over the next 48 hours.
I notice slight pain (maybe a 1 out of 10 being the worst) when doing the motion of reverse grip curls and hammer curls without weights.
Is this tennis/golfers elbow?
Would like some advice as to how long to not lift any weights, when to start some PT exercises. I've been using anti-inflammatories and vitamin E. Pain has mostly subsided, but needs to heal (has been 3 days). Really dont want tendiosis. Also, there was no bruising. Some mild pain when wrist is extended straight out.
Any advice welcome thanks.

Sounds like it could be possibly one of them. I had golf elbow, which is weird cause it's not really the elbow. They gave me a kind of brace, or I can't think of the name right now but it helped me tremendously.
