    Smelling bad

    Hello.

I'm 23 years old, been into fitness more than 5 years. Noticing every next year i sweat much more than the previous, but now things are out of control and it's not even summer. I definately can deal with the sweat somehow but in the same time i'm smelling really bad especially in the gym. I can't feel it, but my gf is telling me and after i take a shower and smell my t-shirt it's awful. I'm using good roll-on and deodorant in the same time every time i shower and before gym , but it's not helping that much. Any advice/tips?

Also my hair smell bad after training.

Thanks in advance for any answers.

P.S. Not taking any supplements more than 1,5 month. Using just zinc 45mg and B2 to treat acne.
Before that i was using protein and bcaa ~2 years without any stop if it can matter somehow

It's usually diet. Other than that try different soaps. Sometimes something more simple is better than something expensive.

the smell from being too manly (sweaty) is from bacteria. Some people even with a good antibacterial deoderant still stink and it is a chemical imbalance most of the time.

One guy back in high school had the most rancid death breath ever. He brushed regularly and used Listerine. He finally got these pills that killed bacteria in the stomach...win.

Keep pushing you will find out the cause.

Probiotics are a must, not just for body odor but overall health and even hormone balance. Makes for a healthy gut, improves bad breath and digestion. Eat plenty of green veggies every day to keep body in an alkaline state. I started adding Cinnamon to my protein shakes and it has helped improve body odor as well.

Smelly perspiration is usually due to bacterial issues. Try changing your soap and spend time scrubbing under your arms with the soap when you're in the shower. If the smell of your crappy body odor is on any of your clothes, if you wear them again even if you've done a good job washing, you will most likely smell again. So make sure your thoroughly sanitizing your clothes too.

If not, you might have developed hyperhidrosis and need a type of prescription or over the counter supplement that can prevent the constant sweating. It's usually found in athletes, so it isn't necessarily a bad thing but should be dealt with.

it could also be diet along with the bacteria.

    garlic
    curry
    onion

all have a tendency to develop a rancid body odor if you eat these food items on a regular basis

go see your doc and see if he can prescribe something, you smelly bastard! =)

I would go to doc to rule out a skin disorder IMO
