My collar bone looks a lot like this picture here. (I found it on a different thread)

This injury happened about 3 years ago. I got seriously back into weightlifting about a year and a half ago. When I first started I was overweight about 240 lbs and now I've cut down to 185 and I'm back up to 193. So starting off I couldn't do any pull-ups but now I can do 12-15. HOWEVER, my shoulder sometimes has a shooting pain when I get about half way into the rep. I don't have any other extreme issues other than it bothering me at the end of the workout on most days. I just started getting a professional massage but it hasn't helped. Any suggestions as to fixing this issue?
