Experiencing shoulder pain at the start of a cycle
Hey guys, I've just gone over the 2 week mark for my Sus 250/ Decca cycle that is going to be 10 weeks long. I woke up one morning with really bad pains in my left shoulder whenever I lift it up and I presume it's my A/C joint. When I was 16while playing football I tore every ligament in my right shoulders A/C joint and had surgery on it a few months later so I'm not sure if my left shoulder is abit messed up because of my right shoulder. I'm going to start going to the physio this weekend and see what he thinks is damaged and what I should do to repair it or if I need to rest it for abit. One of my main concerns is I've just started a sus 250 and decca cycle ( over the 2 week mark out of 10) and was wondering if I should continue on with my cycle. Would continuing my cycle help me heal quicker when doing physio or is there no point in continuing. While my shoulder is healing I will probably concentrate on building up my legs, abdominal and back with workouts that don't require using your arms.
Any advice will be much appreciated
