From my experience, Bass, the progress during the first couple of weeks was so-so, but after a few weeks of PT, the healing process/progress seemed to accelerate. Glad to hear your session went well!
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

This is exactly what I'm finding out. Thanks for mentioning it.

sound was so loud three of my boys standing near me heard it. there was no pain when it happened but when I let go if the pressure I felt it and stayed with me for couple of days and now is much better. the sound/pop/crack I felt was on top of my shoulder or collar bone. will keep you posted.
Sounds like just a tendon. You will be surprised how much noise they can make when they snap/slip. Not tear. I bet it's just due to inactivity and nothing to worry about.

I've torn my MCL and my mates broken his actual leg and the difference is huge in sound lol.

A tear makes hardly any noise and you pretty much don't feel it for a few moments after it happens. A break on the other hand had my friend screaming the second he landed from a leap and we could hear the snap
