    Need advice

What's going on everyone. I'm new to this site. I'm 28 yrs old. I just had my 4 quad tendon revision repair. Needless to say. I haven't been able to train workout jog or anything in 4 years. I'm hoping this is going to be the last time. Anyways. I have gained about 70 lbs. I'm 5'10" weight 290. I'm athletic build I'm usually comfortable and cut at 205-215. I haven't had good eating or sleeping habits. I want to know if there is anything I can take to help cut the fat, boost my metabolism, and possibly help heal me while I'm laid up for the next 4-8 months ago. I want to get back into shape. But not sure if there is anything I can take while not being able to even walk right now. I am starting a strict diet. But need advice as to if I can take anything. Thanks for any and all advice

You should not look to drugs. You can still lose weight while not exercising it just requires more of a deficit than it would if you were exercising regularly, find your TDEE using a TDEE calculator and eat below it. The weight will come off.

Clean up your diet, eat whole foods, eat under TDEE, improve your sleep and try to do any exercise you possibly can.

    All the best.

the very drugs you seem to be inquiring regarding your weight is the very reason we will tell you that your body fat % is too high to consider the drugs you are considering.

Recommend a little discipline in the kitchen, and some form of cardio that you can handle.

It took time for you to get into this mess, and will take time to get out of it.

However, you may wish to consider TB500 during your period of healing and rehab. It's an effective healing peptide, and works surprisingly well. Follow the link in my signature to learn more.

    Good luck!

(however, after you clean up your diet and start a little on the cardio, you may consider a light dose of T3 to help speed up the metabolism - sponsor in the upper right of the site sells it)

Roman what's your opinion on me using TB500 (keep in mind i'm 19)? did a quick search after reading this post and it seems I could benefit from it. I'm having a lot of joint issues, specifically the knee and elbow and even my wrist is starting to play up and I believe it's due to the lack of joint development compared to strength development.

TB500 is not age sensitive like AAS drugs are.

TB500 can heal connective tissue injuries. However, one should modify one's routines since the TB will not prevent the same trauma from occurring again.
