Chest pain after squats?
So I get a tight pain in the centre of my chest which hurts when I exhale, raise arms above head, or bend down. Seems to happen often after I do legs.. Is it a problem with my breathing during lifts? Have had people watch and critique form.

I get the same diaphragmatic pain for a few days after certain workouts. No idea why.

I have F d my ribs up so many times while on active duty it takes all my effort to not pop a tramadol immediately after a workout. I finally got off those little bastards and fight the urge....
tylenol and stuff is just not the same lol

Try some light db overhead stretching lying across a flat bench. Really try to stretch at the bottom and expand your ribcage. 2 sets of 12 should be plenty. The key is light weight. You want to stretch and not use so much weight as to force the muscles to contact a bunch.

Legs was yesterday. Fairly intense. between sets, I got this real light headed "out of body experience" (not sure how else to describe it) for a brief moment. Then a quick ringing in my ears, and then they both slowly dissipated.
The more intensity, it seems, the more these weird sensations seem to happen.
