Guys,

Two days ago, I was doing concentrated preacher curls. Felt good that morning... everything was going well. Just finished up last set with my non-dominant arm before moving to my dominant. Last set, last rep... BOOM! Unbelievable. Full separation of the distal tendon. Going for MRI today and seeing surgeon tomorrow.

Aside from the frustration of going through the surgery, rehabilitation, and restricted movements in everyday life. I am absolutely heartbroken for not being able to hit the gym. If anyone can relate, it's to all the others on this forum. Looking for some positive motivation... really bummed out!
