Geez sorry to hear bud
It is a difficult situation. Havent the doctors prescribed you anything?
Something to open urinary channels, like flomax, is usually used. For the pain toragesic has good performance on the urinary tract .

I haven't gone to doctors I'm sure that's what it is though. I'm taking apple cider vinegar with lemon juice and drinking cranberry juice. My neighbor gave me a couple percocets which finally got me to sleep last night. I'll go to a doctor in a few days if they don't pass.

Do you use NAC a lot?
If you do, I would stop, especially if you buy in bulk as oxidized NAC has been linked to kidney stones.

No I don't use that the pain is lessening overall but I still feel it in the kidney and lower abdomen not sure if this is the calm before the storm.

Herb called chanca piedra, also known as "stonebreaker." Can help to dissolve kidney stones, and prevent them from recurring.

I might just try that the pain has lessened but I'm still not in the clear I think the apple cider vinegar is helping.
