Free Fluid in the Pelvis

Hello, I recently had an MRI for a possible fistula. My bladder, and prostate were unremarkable which is great news because I suffer from OAB after my cycle. My PCT was trash and I ended up crashing my estrogen. On the other hand I found out I had free fluid in the pelvis. Is this something I need to be concerned about?

What is it exactly? Around your pelvis you mean or in your bones?

Yeah that is probably what is the next step. Just CT scans flare up the bladder because of the radiation. But Myrbetriq 25mg, Clomid 12.5mg and Amitriptylne 50mg has slowed it down a lot. I have a theory this fluid is pressing up against my bladder.
