Nagging pain in forearm
I've had this persistent pain in my right forearm for going on two months now. The best way I can describe it is it feels just like shin splints but in my arm. I remember I had this exact same thing happen once in my 20's but I can't for the life of me remember what was causing it or how I got rid of it. Any suggestions?

Where in the forearm is it? Closer to the elbow, wrist, middle?

Middle I guess. The pain runs along the ulna and it feels like its underneath the muscle. Not sure if that helps

I’m almost wondering if it’s referral pain from elsewhere. For example, I recently talked to a guy who blew his bicep at the elbow, and the only pain he was feeling beforehand was in his shoulder.
The body has a funky ass way of making things hurt in completely unrelated areas. Hell, I used to get random ass pains in the bottom of my foot that turned out to be a damned knot in my quads.

i get it deep into the grainy longer part of the mid fore arm muscles, especially aggravated when I grip hard, say side dumbbell raises for example. I used a very hard small tennis ball type massage ball and you really have to dig into the arm to get to the fibres in question, I would love to know what the hell is causing it though
