Waist training
Anyone with experience using a waist trainer? Results? Protocol? TIA

Not myself but my wife used one of those. Tightened it up and wore it.
It actually did make a difference.
She stopped using it and the results went away. The body sure is neat.

Roelly Winklar just won the Arnold Australia, who is notorious for his bubble gut, he won by wearing a waist trainer constantly. It was night and day for him but thats an extreme case.

As in, the fat cells around the waist would get squeezed so hard that the fat content would migrate to other parts of the body? I don't see the scientific explanation for "training" the fat to move.
If I squeeze a balloon in the middle, it goes back to its egg shape after I let go...
Looks good under clothes though, it used to be called a corset... or as a clubbing top with jeans...
