I recieved my MRI results last night, for suspected tendonitis/tendonosis to the pec major and supraspinatus (both on the left shoulder)

The MRI shows:

No abnormalities to the pec major. Doc did manual tests, and the pain is now very diminished compared to about 6 weeks ago when he carried out those same tests. He attributes this to the rest (around 8-10 weeks so far) that I have had, and to ease back into training slowly, as it was a case of overuse.

The insertion of the supraspinatus (rotator cuff) to the humerus shows signs of wear and tear. I would like to irradicate this somehow, if possible.

I have sports massage therapy often, and the guy is very, very skilled.

I was contemplating running IGF-1 also, for one month, with no training the upper body, but i am undecided at this point.

Are there any other methods I could use to possibly regenerate, or strengthen the insertion in some capacity?
