Dont get me wrong my pain is getting better but i dont want to re-injure myself.

I have a home gym in my basement and for legs i am very limited. I only have the leg extension and leg curl that comes with the GS1 machine that i bought.

This machine is great because it has a vertical bench press, lat pulldown, close grip pulley rows and everything to train the body.

I want to buy a barbell and some free weights and start fron squatting along with lunges to get my legs going again too.

Is front squat a safe exercise i am not talking about doing this with 300 pounds either, start with around 80-100 pounds and see from there.
