    Wrist pain after accident

While scrolling through Indiegogo I found a new fitness device called WristSpotter that appears to bypass the wrist joint while doing any press exercises. I can't max anymore because my wrists scream at me after heavy benching because of a motorcycle accident, so figured I would share it to hear your guys' thoughts!

Looks interesting and could provide a good short term fix. However the best thing you could do is to slowly work the wrist and bring it back to optimal health. -Cheers

Just curious, are you using a suicide grip while pressing or thumbs around the bar? Might be worthwhile switching grips for a few workouts to see if that helps. Also wrapping the wrists up could support them better. What did you damage exactly in the crash?
