    Skulls 2nd cycle: 50mg Dbol, 800mg Cyp.....

    Cycle:
    800mg Test Cyp split into two injections a week for 14 weeks.
    50mg Dbol ED for 4-6 weeks, which may increase or decrease depending on how it goes. It wont get much worse and it wont get much better.

    Ancilleries:
    Ldex .33mg ED to hopefully help control BP especially while on Dbol.
    Nolva for PCT

    Other supps:
    CQ10 for BP
    Hawthorn Berry with garlic, also for BP
    EFA/o m e g a 3's (I shouldnt have to space this word apart like that, wtf?)
    Milk thistle for liver (Only have a little left)
    Cranberry xtract for kidneys

    Diet:
    Generally speaking High protein, moderate carbs and fat.
    9:00am Protein/milk/egg whites/oats/ shake
    11:30am Eggs, oats tuna on whole wheat
    2:00pm Protein/egg/peanut butter shake
    4:00pm chicken and broccoli
    6:30pm protein shake with oats and fat free milk
    10:00pm Chicken and broccoli
    1:45am protein shake
    *this will most liely change but, I just wanted to lay otu a general idea of what/how much I try to eat.

    Lifting Routine:
    Monday: Upper body
    Tuesday: Low intensity cardio for 30 minutes
    Wednesday: Lower body
    Thursday: Low intensity cardio for 30 minutes
    Friday: Upper body
    Saturday: Off
    Sunday: Off (or a couple light sets, maybe cardio)
    repeat, starting with next WO.
    A modified HST type routine.

    Goal: To keep 20lbs of muscle while not gaining much, if any fat.

    Ok **** it, I was gonna start on monday but, already did my first shot and my dose of Dbol. That shit BURNS LIKE HELL! I had to chase it with some milk to help get the retchid taste out of my mouth. Dont feel anything yet but, it has just begun. Lets hope this shit is real.

    Day 2:

    sat 13th- 25min cardio
    sun 14th 25min cardio

    I upped the Dbol to 75mg, the CQ10/hawthorn/garlic seems to really be helping me. I feel more relaxed and no chest pains. Jeez this Dbol makes taking shots of 151 seem like milk, it tastes absolutely horrible. Don't feel anything yet, no size/weight noticeable.

    Diet for today:

    Protein shake with egg whites/milk/oats
    Chicken and broccoli
    Protein shake with PB/eggs/milk
    Tuna on whole wheat with protein shake eggs/milk/PB
    rice cake with 1 tbsp pb
    chicken Broccoli
    granola bar adn orange.
    protein shake in water

    Not exactly perfect but, Im tryin.

    Also considering adding anavar to the last weeks of my cycle.

    I can really tell when my sodium level gets too high, or at least thats what I think it is. i had some trail mix (WITH NO RAISINS!) and some chicken, they both had salt on them which I usually dont have. I have had what seems to be hot flashes since then (and urination seems to be more frequent, hopefully this has nothing to do with my prostate).

    Off to a great start, forgot to shake my damn liquid Dbol and probly got straight bacardi and no Dbol. Good Workout today, triceps are getting better each WO. No major difference yet. Not really feelin anything.

    One thing that I am concerned about and going to have to watch, is the fact that i only get 7 hrs of sleep most of the time, waking up sometimes 2-3 times a night for my child. I hope this doesnt become a problem........

    Not impressed with the Dbol at all, whatsoever. No great strength inceases, no huge pumps, no nothin. I feel normal, lift normal, and look normal. Really discouraged at this point, if I had to $100-200 dollars to get it tested I would, then post the results at every board I know of.

    Shake the Dbol ? It should fall into solution evenly, no need to shake.

    Is the powder settling on the bottom or cystalizing?
    What mg/mL is the solution?

    There is no powder visible in the bottle. It looks more like oil in water, the oil settles on the bottom. No crystals either. Has a brownish color possibly, hard to tell because the bottle is brown itself. Yea, I have a gut feelin about this one......

    ummm... ok that's just strange. He might have done a mixture of barcardi/PEG which has caused it to split like you mentioned, ask your source and see as I'd be curious to know his response.

    Ok, day 9

    I stopped taking the adex today just to see if it is having an effect on my Dbol .

    I dont want to get my hopes up and it wouldnt make sense if this was true but, I almost wanna say I notice it. I'm not gettin my hopes up at this point though.

    Is it even possible that .33mgs of ldex a day was eliminating the majority of estrogen in my system, and having a negative effect on my gains? I have never read anything that would confirm this but, I am also not sure.......

    I took 25mg/day of aromasin w/75mg per day of Anadrol and still had serious LBM/strength gains. So IMO, NO .33mgs/day of arimidex wouldn't affect estrogen significantly.

    Yea, We'll see. I lift tomorrow. So far, effects are minimal at best. If things improve I want to throw some anavar in as well as some deca but, not sure if its tooo late for deca and I need to see what else I might have to run with it (serm/ai).

    I always like to plan a cycle out and run it as planned rather than "throwing" in different compounds as you go. Pick a plan and stick to it IMO.. There are always future cycles, and you should've started with Deca if you wanted to incorporate it unless ofcourse you went with Nandrolone Base.

    Thats what I was afraid of. I wasnt sure if I could still run it efficiantly as long as I still stop two weeks before the test. I dont see anything wrong with anavar weeks 12-16 even though I didnt "plan" on it..??? I see your point though in a way.

    Speaking more so on main compounds, avavar is more of a supplement to a cycle IMO. Test/19-Nor/+ DHT Derived steroids are normally the base of most cycles.

    Sorry for any confusion, my Cycle is this:

    weeks 1-4(6) 75mg Dbol ED
    weeks 1-14 800mg cyp a week
    thinking about adding var weeks 12-16 at 75mg ED
    or Tren weeks 4-10(12) at 50mg ED
    or deca ....not sure exactly how.

    I've had similiar problems with liquid dbol , one lab, code name "aries" if you will. I did liquid, nothing,. I mean nothing, got some plain old nap tabs, night and day difference. But in the labs defense, it was probably less then good quality powder as I've had some tbol powder from certain people that SUCKS, others, amazing. Hope all is well. Bad powder is pretty common it seems(in my case, tbol that was like 89% pure with anadrol mixed into it slightly wtf?)

    I think I can handle more than this without going overboard honestly. I dint know how Id resond to the Dbol but, if tis real, then it is having a rather weak effect on me.

    dymatize protein. PWO:2 scoops protein, 1 cup fat free/2% milk with oats sometimes. Same shake in the morning. Usually three-5 shakes a day. Sometimes PB and banana in it too.

    kool...i was just admiring that u take as many as u do...i have heard many say only to do 1-2 day...but i do 4(well 2 full of cyto gainer) and split it up thoughout the day...it looks like ur cycle and diet is up to par...i wish u the very best..good luck

    Solid foods are much better IMO, but I do like to add a scoop of whey to each meal as I feel you get a wide range of absorbtion that way.

    Skull, if this is your second cycle I wouldn't utilize Tren yet. Possibly add some Winstrol or Var in the last 6wks, sorry to hear about the disappointment w/the Dbol .. Sounds like it was bunk honestly.
    Also I think 750mg/wk of Test was too much for your first cycle, I started with 250mg/wk and made excellent gains. 5th cycle I ran 750mg/wk in conjunction with other compounds, a little goes a long way sometimes.

    yea, its strange because i know of two very rupatable members here who use the same person and they have nothing but good things to say about them. Yet I am still questioning the quality. The source says he assures me its real and they will replace all of it and throw in extra if Im not satisfied by the end of week three so that is at least a littel re assuring.

    I know solid foods are better, I try to eat as much solid food as possible. I am getting better and better as I go but, I know I have a lot of work cut out for me.

    And the first cycle was 500mg then I bumped it up after week 6 to 750. I think that might ahve been fake as well. Gains were minimal.

    almost two weeks in now, not gettin sore from WOs anymore. I am pretty sure the test is startin to effect me a little bit, gettin way better pumps in my lats and shoulders. I get friggin foreamr pumps from just about anything though, weiird. we'll see, never sure what is gonna happen.....
